Delivery Time and Shipping:

Sterling silver items are usually delivered within 7-10 business days. I do my best to keep these items in stock, however this is not always possible. If the piece you have ordered is temporarily out of stock I will contact you with the estimated shipping date.

Gold items are made to order. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery.

Free standard shipping is included. Rush orders are available for an additional fee. Please e-mail ecdesignstudio@gmail.com for authorization.

International Orders:

I am currently unable to take international orders on-line.

Return Policy:

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return or exchange it within 10 days of receipt. The item must be shipped to me in the original packaging, in pristine condition and prepaid via insured mail. C.O.D deliveries will not be accepted. You will be credited for the amount of the item minus any shipping charges. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization.
